Description
The TB MDR (Multidrug-Resistant) SCREEN (LPA) test is a molecular test used to rapidly detect drug resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB). LPA, or Line Probe Assay, is a DNA-based test that identifies MTB and determines its resistance profile by analyzing patterns of DNA amplification products (amplicons) binding to probes on a strip.
