PML/RARA Quantitative (BCR1, 2 & 3) refers to a molecular diagnostic test that detects and quantifies specific fusion transcripts (BCR1, BCR2, and BCR3) resulting from the PML-RARA gene fusion, a hallmark of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL). This quantitative PCR assay helps in diagnosis, monitoring treatment response, and predicting prognosis in APL patients
