Description

The Oncomine Myeloid Panel, also known as the Oncomine Myeloid Research Assay or Oncomine Myeloid Assay GX v2, is a next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay designed for comprehensive genomic profiling of myeloid malignancies. It is used to detect DNA mutations and RNA fusion transcripts associated with various myeloid disorders, including AML, MDS, MPN, CML, CMML, and JMML.
