The Oncomine Lung cfTNA Cancer Panel is a research assay that uses next-generation sequencing (NGS) to analyze cell-free total nucleic acid (cfTNA) from blood samples. This assay helps researchers study tumor evolution and identify driver and resistance mutations in lung cancer. It detects single nucleotide variants (SNVs), indels, copy number variations (CNVs), and fusions, and is designed for use with the Ion GeneStudio S5 System and the Ion Torrent Genexus System.
