Description
The KH-Comprehensive Genomic Panel 500, also known as the UCSF 500 or UC500, is a comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) test that analyzes hundreds of genes to identify potential genomic alterations in cancer. This test utilizes next-generation sequencing (NGS) to detect various types of genomic variations, including single nucleotide variants (SNVs), small insertions and deletions (indels), copy number variations (CNVs), structural variants (SVs), microsatellite instability (MSI), and tumor mutational burden (TMB). The goal is to identify biomarkers that can guide targeted therapies and clinical trial enrollment.
