Description

Double Marker First Trimester 8-13 Weeks (FMF Certified) is a screening test conducted between 8th and 13th week of pregnancy. It measures the level of two markers—Free Beta-HCG and Pregnancy-Associated Plasma Protein-A (PAPP-A)—to assess the risk of chromosomal abnormalities such as Down Syndrome and Edwards Syndrome. It is combined with an ultrasound to provide more accurate risk assessment for the developing fetus.
