Description
Bence Jones protein is a monoclonal immunoglobulin light chain found in the urine of individuals with certain diseases, most notably multiple myeloma. It is not typically found in normal urine and its presence can be indicative of conditions like multiple myeloma, Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia, and other plasma cell disorders.
