The Oncomine Comprehensive Plus panel is a next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay designed for comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) of tumor samples. It analyzes multiple types of genomic alterations, including single nucleotide variants (SNVs), small insertions/deletions (indels), copy number variations (CNVs), gene fusions, and amplifications. It also assesses genomic signatures like microsatellite instability (MSI), tumor mutational burden (TMB), and homologous recombination deficiency (HRD).
