Description
The IHC (immunohistochemistry) Inhibin Alpha test is a laboratory method used to identify the presence and location of the inhibin alpha protein in tissue samples, typically formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues. It is primarily employed by pathologists to aid in the diagnosis of certain tumors, especially those of the sex cord-stromal origin in the ovaries and testes, as well as adrenocortical neoplasms.
